Pomegranate and pistachio buckwheat porridge with crème fraîche 🥣

Pomegranate season runs from about the middle of September to the last week of October. After originating from northern India to Iran they now grow in Spain, the Middle East, and America.

They are packed full of vitamins and make a great jewel like addition to meals.

Method 🥣

Cook porridge oats and buckwheat flakes on the stove with milk and top with pomegranate, chopped pistachios, crème fraîche and a sprinkling of homemade crunchy granola
